shipping the new 2007 dental fees., as some prefer, has made the biggest change in dentistry of the
last decade. Thousands of office use this dependable, reliable,
authentic dental fee information to set a fair fee in their office. It's the real
thing; not "our" fee list and not a survey. (Learn why that matters below) Set your dental fees with
confidence, using the proven source. This may be the most crucial of the kits for your
financial health.
Here's a quick test to see if you need the real dental fees for your area.. If you don't get
a note with every insurance check that says you charged too much, what
do you know about your fees? Your dental fees are LOWER than the dental insurance coverage
purchased by your patient!
Why this one versus the others?
That is a great question, I'll give you a
great ....and streight..... answer. All of the insurance companies want
to compare dental fees, just like you do. They can't either, because it would
be restriction of trade. So, they formed an association. An association
that isn't an insurance company. That association collects all the
dental insurance claims data in the US. The association then collates all of the dental fees, sorts by zip area (see below) and
by percentile (see below). The insurance companies pay millions of dollars per year
for this dental/medical fee data. The dental fee data is per zip, per code, per percentile and the
answer is to the penny. Anyone, that's anyone, who uses a "multiplier" doesn't have the actual table. Anyone that uses a dental fee survey,
including the American Dental Association, doesn't have the real data
from the sole source. So, this is the ONLY one based on all the real
claims, submitted by real doctors, in your real zip area, for services
they really did and the dental fees listed are the dental fees they
really submitted. The owner of this data makes millions and millions
yearly from selling the data to the big insurance companies. Why don't they want to sell it to you for
$30/$90? Well, they
really don't want to sell it to you very badly at all. And the insurance
companies don't want them to sell it to you. So, from them to you..."the
fee is $299." It's a bargain, to get the actual dental fees being
charged and paid in your neighborhood. Get yours, and establish your
fees, while we still can.

Zip Code Area: A zip area is the first three digits
of your zip area. The actuaries want a large enough sample size, so that
is it. That could be one block in LA or NYC. No one, no insurance
company, breaks it down smaller than that, geographically.

Still more...: The insurance companies all use this same
dental fee table. How do we get different checks then? Each of the insurance
companies sells different policies at different
percentiles. The
different percentiles carry different fees. Not to
worry, they're in dental fee analyzer. Just remember, the 80th percentile is the most
commonly sold, it's the fee that 80% of the doctors are charging. Use it
as your benchmark. There is more information, if you want to know how to
"build the watch". That information is part of the
UCR Myths and Magic
Kit. That's another reason that kit requires two audio-CDs. If you want
the quick-start system - remember, use the 80th percentile
column. BTW-specialists use the 95th. There is more detail
after this please scroll down. |

PS. Your
contract with Delta Dental Insurance
does not require
you to charge all patients your reduced Delta fees! You can and
should use your non-discounted dental fees for your non-Delta
patients. Remember, you gave Delta a huge discount in order to refer
patients to you. Your regular dental fees should not be as low as
your discounted fees. See the 100% Collections link at the bottom of
this page. Ask Yourself: what about the others? Think through a
a couple of questions. If those dental fees don't come from the
source, where do they come from? How useful is a regional survey of
dental fees? How useful (accurate) is any survey? Isn't "accurate"
the real name of the game? How do they sell a proprietary
dental fee list for less than the owner of the
data says you must sell it for? Your guess may be better than
theirs. Stress comes from wasting even more money when you were
trying to save money. Don't pay twice.
Compared to what?
If
it's true that you are charging less than the insurance companies
would pay, then you are losing more than the price of the UCR
table every day. Like perio, the people who need it the most, are the ones who
think they can least afford it. Simple math: divide the dental fee table investment, $299, by the amount you undercharged in
a year. Or, the other view: a
few dollars more, times your common procedures, equals thousands more for
the office. Which codes and how much more?
Your DENTAL FEES probably have the single greatest
impact on your financial health. Are you still practicing with a
financial blindfold on? Do you really think "calling around" gets
you accurate information. How accurate do you think a regional
dental fee list is? Why do some sell for 1/4 the price of the real
one? It was a major breakthrough when Dr. Webb
got access to the "proprietary" dental fees used by all the insurance
companies. Remember, percentile is not percentage. You
actually can discover what percentile your fees are in. The 80th
percentile is the most commonly sold of all the policies. That means
most of your patients have coverage at the 80th
percentile. Your staff won't have to worry and wonder how your fees
compare to the neighbors. You can present the fees with confidence. With the Complete Combo, experienced and novice front office managers can implement these superior techniques easily, quickly and affordably.
The most experienced staff will enjoy the added power and flexibility found in one place,
the Complete Combo. Skills typically learned only in multiple seminars over multiple years, at a cost of thousands of dollars and many lost office hours, will be learned quickly with this system.
Get control of the multiple dental fee schedules, Delta Dental
and all of your coding challenges.
